Nightwish was the first band I saw live. I've also seen Kamelot, Apocalyptica, Adagio, Leaves Eyes, Amberian Dawn... and NW was obviously the best band I've seen. Going to see Within Temptation this year. Unfortunately many good bands don't come to London. .. Oh wow, actually I've found Epica comes to London this March. *Excited*

For a full list of bands I've seen, check out the column on the right of my Last.fm: www.last.fm/user/DuskAriaI think the best concert I've ever been to was Jónsi. It was magical, hypnotic, beautiful, sad...just a work of art. His music alone provokes so many emotions, but in the live environment with a massive art display and images, his music comes alive even more. For an hour and a half, the crowd were silent and transfixed. I'll never forget that night, because that was the night that made every other concert seem pretty poor by comparison. Nightwish was a special gig. Considering they're my favourite band, it meant a lot to me to finally see them. It's another night I'll never forget for that very reason. These 2 were my favourite. Muse were amazing too...but they're Muse, they go as OTT as possible live

Hahaha about half of them by the looks of things! Jealous of a few of them. I'm on a Kill Hannah binge right now, but the last time they played, I already had tickets for another gig on the same night. How crap were Guns N Roses? I really hated that gig. BFMV were okay though.

BFMV were good, Roses were awful. Axl Rose is probably the worlds biggest douche though. I had a Kill Hannah binge before Christmas. I'd hate to see how many plays the latest album has on my spotify account..

Here's a list of bands I've seen and liked in the last few years. I'm leaving off the bands I saw years ago as a lot of the names probably won't mean much to most of you (and some are a bit embarrassing :)0
Nightwish Sonata Arctica Delain Kingfisher Sky Epica Within Temptation Stream of Passion Apocalyptica Pain of Salvation Jethro Tull Blue Oyster Cult Lacuna Coil Tarja Touchstone Pythia
There would be more if I didn't have to travel to London which is the nearest most bands get to Colchester.
