I was thinking the other day about creating a Photography thread, but I thought it might be too specific, so I thought why not just a pictures thread where you can post pictures, ones that you have taken yourself that you wish to share with other people, and ones that you have found trawling the internet that you think might brighten someones day. So here's my first one...I took this while at a friend's house in America a couple of months ago

Nice doggy! Here's a picture of a Saker Falcon I took the other day: but photography is my hobby and I have literally hundreds of photos, so if anyone wants to see some of those they can look on my DeviantArt - crystalfalls.deviantart.com/

Thank you very much I'm glad you like them. I just do it for fun really, I did A Level Photography but haven't had any further training. So it's kind of nice surprise when I get a decent shot!

Wow, I love both of these photos! The dog's adorable and the picture of the falcon is so sharp and clear, they're both really great picutres! hmm, I'll see if I have anything that's good enough to share...it's mostly just hundreds of pictures of my pets!

I know my pic is not very well focused but I like how I caught it...thanks for the compliments. My folks used to have a chicken called Florence, an ex-battery hen, but she died a few months ago I will see if I can find a photo of her That Florence certainly is a funky chicken!!

I love her colouring, the white trim against the brown is quite stunning. I have found a picture of my Florence (RIP). She certainly had a lot of character, as they all did/do and they are great fun to watch too. There is no logic in their behaviour ;D
