Any thoughts?
mine are all, ohhh that was soo good, the sound was great, the atmoshphere was awesome, Floor looked genuinley touched that everyone gave her a warm reception.
Tuomas looked happy and smiley at the end, so i guess he enjoyed it! I thought the set list was spot on (got GLS=happy)
(and i must add, that being right at the very front made my night, i got some great pictures, and didnt care how many ppl were behind me, there could have been a billion for all i knew, it was us and the band for the night) Huge thanks to the gentlemen who helped me out there. (you know who you are). Lets see how this compares to Birminham tonight for me.

I thought everything was great! ;D I really wanted to see how good Floor was, after the good reviews from people, and I thought she was brilliant! She looked comfortable, the others looked comfortable and happy with her and her singing was awesome! ;D I'd be happy if she became the new vocalist if that's what they decided The set list was perfect for me and yes, being at the front made it something special! ;D (and obviously getting to meet them ;D They were all really nice and relaxed and genuinely seem to appreciate their fans ) I don't think it was only Floor that was touched by the reception - they all seemed to be! Of course despite recent events, we still love them and I hope they see that ;D They put on a wonderful show for us all plus I'm glad Tuomas didn't bugger over at the end ;D Nightwish FTW! ;D

I had an absolutely amazing time and it was great to meet everyone! Meeting the band was such an incredible experience for me (and I'm glad I got to give Tuomas the Jack Skellington I made him, haha). Can't believe my camera flash got wedged in and wouldn't work, but thankfully Carol stepped in and took my photos with the guys and Floor. Thought the setlist was brilliant, I particularly enjoyed Ghost Love Score (of course, I was crying the whole time!), Ghost River, Scaretale and Over The Hills. Floor did such a good job. I was so incredibly grateful to be at the front too... I've always wanted to be there and thought I would never be able to because my illness means I'd really struggle to queue for such a long time. I almost collapsed quite a lot of times and I definitely wouldn't have even got to see Nightwish if I hadn't been able to hold myself up with the barrier (and thank goodness for the security guy giving people water... though I still think the "No water" rule is utterly ridiculous. But I did manage to sneak in a carton of juice which also helped ). There were a few people complaining about not getting to the front after queuing all day though which made me feel pretty rubbish, but I feel like this was my only chance to get to the front. So thank you so much for running the competition! It was the best birthday present ever for me. ^_^

Haha oh I didn't see that 'we love Troy's massive pipe' on the night ;D You're right, people were moaning, and I also felt a bit bad, but hey! We won a competition right? If they had won they wouldn't have been saying that, so don't worry about it! Thank you for posting the photo, it's a great one! I can see us in it too! Yaay! ;D I had to stand tiptoe to get in it, but didn't actually think I would get to see it!! ;D Gosh, there were a lot of people behind us weren't there! I could barely turn around for fear of losing my place! ;D haha It's suddenly all over though ....well, until next time! ;D

Yet again, another amazing Nightwish experience at Brixton Academy...It is fast becoming the place I associate with NW. I have seen them there twice now...the first time was a great experience queuing all day with fabulous people and then getting the barrier. This time round, I didn't have to spend hours outside in the cold, I got to meet the band, get to the bar and to the barrier before others were even in the venue. The performance was fantastic and it was great to spend the day/evening with such amazing people who added to whole experience. The band looked so relaxed and really seem to be enjoying themselves. I think this is the 5th time I have seen Nightwish now, and with all 3 different singers...This is the only occasion I can remember where the crowd chanting the singer's name. Floor seems to be loved by everyone, and she seemed touched by the reaction, as did the whole band throughout the concert. Not many bands really show their appreciation of their fans, but Nightwish do, and aside from their music, it's what makes them so special. I will not be forgetting 5th November 2012 any time soon! Who needs fireworks eh?

One word: WOW! The atmosphere was brilliant! Everyone jumping up and down during IWMTB was epic. Floor blew me away, and I still can't get over how happy the band looked! I just got barrier...and was around a few cool people so thank you! (although I pissed off some foreign girls behind me with my tallness I think...oh well).

It was utterly amazing. I was blown away by the crowd and how they responded to Floor. She seemed pretty overwhelmed by the reaction of the crowd. I can honestly say I've never been to a show where the audience was as loud, if not louder than the sound system ! Hapfairy I absolutely understand how you felt, I felt bad for the people who had been queuing for hours but if I hadn't been on the barrier I would have not made it through the show. I was so grateful that I had Alex one side and Chris the other keeping me on my feet (not sure either of them knew how much they helped keep me upright ) I've been in pain ever since the show but it was genuinely worth it!! Was fantastic to meet all of you who came to the London leg and who came to the M&G. Really glad everyone enjoyed their experience. It makes running the club worth while and a pleasure when you know people are happy with their experiences! Floor was even better than I expected and I was expecting her to be good . She was such a good performer and had a lot of charisma. It did seem as though she had been with them for years as all the band bounced off each other and her (not literally ) She was such a lovely woman too and it was lovely she came to the meet and greet, a particularly special experience! Tuomas said no one else could have done what Floor has done . The "We Love Troy's Massive Pipe" was so funny, I had no idea what the banner said and did wonder why Troy kept chuckling and smiling when he looked in our direction... it all made sense when I had a look afterwards, I thought it was brilliant and kinda glad I was stood behind it
