So what did everyone think of the gig? I'm still recovering but what a show! Especially for my first Nightwish gig!

Totally gobsmacked! I've not seen them live (or anyone else) but for me it was a wonderful experience. I also found the fans so pleasant and easy to talk to and the whole experience wonderful. Marvellous presentation, Floor keeping everyone involved wherever they were watching. I was close to tears So enjoyed it. Also thanks to Carol and Nikki making me feel welcome, the meet and greet was a first for me. The band were so approachable and thanks to Tuomas for his patience with me wilst I tried to use someone else's phone to take a picture. I need to go again Will stay in my memory for ever.

I believe I am the newest member of the fan club(I didn't know there was one) and this was my 4th time seeing Nightwish. I must say by far this was the best one. Setlist-wise, I would rather have more "older" songs, but I'm not complaining at all. What I saw and heard was awesome. This show was one in a life-time. I think it's close(but certainly not better) to End of an Era. I was at the front row(very very lucky to get there). The sound was awesome. Pyro - Awesome. Professor Dawkins... Unbealivable!!! I almost cried when I saw him coming out! I managed to take a couple of pictures of my "adventure" of getting to Wembley and back to Bournemouth(where I live). Album available on my picasa below: picasaweb.google.com/g.man0vv/NightwishAtWembleyAlso, I took two clips(only) because they are going to make a DVD. However, I wanted to have very personal memories: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vw1h6MMEPPowww.youtube.com/watch?v=ctXaYgrEv9EOn my youtube channel as well as my picasa albums you can see (partially) my other Nightwish experiences. I want to point out that any clips or pictures I've taken are entirely for my own memories and archives and I do not aim to any copyright infringement at all. Does anybody else have any good shots? Any meet and greet ones?

It's the first time I've seen them live and it was amazing. From the time we met at the holiday inn for the fan party and welcomed by everyone it was great, so many good times, seeing carol run out after Emppu and him disappearing, thanks for passing on the presents. To then meeting Floor who's was really nice and Toumas who was really lovely (thank you Melissa from Canada for asking him to come over cause I was too chicken to do so) in the hotel bar we were staying in. The Saturday was lucky enough to meet Marco as he arrived from Finland he was funny and friendly. Being a massive Emppu fan the highlight of my day apart from the concert, was to finally meet the elusive man, who was so nice. As I was frozen to the spot he kindly came to me to say hello and was so patient as I struggled to work my camera phone. The concert that night was out of this world what can you say by wow. I was then very lucky to meet the other band members that evening in the hotel bar. Each one so kind and friendly. I'm so glad I went now especially to walk away with so many good memories and having met so many wonderful people. To everyone I met thank you for making the trip great, carol you do such a great job keep it up and thank uou

That was immense I'd been lucky to see some great shows in the last month'ish, Alice Cooper supporting Motley Crue in Birmingham, Enkelination at the 02 academy, Fish performing Misplaced Childhood in Cambridge, Whitesnake in Birmingham. To start with Arch Enemy came on and played an amazing set and the bar was very high - not having seen Nightwish before I thought to myself they will have to pull out the stops to beat that. How naive! What a show, one of the finest I've seen after going to gigs since 1990. I think it will be one of the most memorable, alongside Velvet Revolver at Hammersmith, the first Sonisphere with John Bush still in Anthrax etc. For me the highlight would have been the Poet and the Pendulum - a song I regularly bash my ear drums to via my ipod. Amazing! Only taken on a cheap camera but I added some snaps flickr - www.flickr.com/photos/willzukphotos

It was so great! I loved the setlist. I've wanted to see Floor perform 7 Days to the Wolves and TPATP for so long, and it was just amazing. Here's my pics: hapfairy.tumblr.com/tagged/wembley_arenaI also wrote a review for Muses of Metal which should go up soon.
